Product dimension

Dimension Diagram
The FD5 features a compact, streamlined body with standardized mounting points. The dimension diagram provides precise measurements for the housing, mounting brackets, and stroke length, ensuring seamless integration into existing systems.
Installation Method
Mounting: The actuator is designed for easy installation with standard mounting brackets (included or optional).
Minimum Installation Distance: Calculated as the stroke length plus 105mm, ensuring sufficient space for full extension and retraction.
Orientation: Can be installed in horizontal, vertical, or angled orientations, depending on application requirements.
Performance characteristic curves
Speed vs. Load
The actuator’s speed decreases as the applied load increases, as shown in the characteristic curve. At 12V/24VDC, the no-load speed ranges from 5 to 35 mm/s, with corresponding full-load speeds adjusted based on load capacity.
Current vs. Load
Current draw increases linearly with the applied load. For 12VDC and 24VDC models, the current curves illustrate the power requirements under different load conditions, ensuring efficient operation within the specified duty cycle.

FAQs
Usually shipping by express, by air and by sea. Express is normally the most quickest but also most expensive way. It’s the usual way for samples. By sea is the best solution for big amounts. We could arrange the shipping for you, or you can use your own forwarder to arrange the shipping. Please contact us for further information.
