Material & Construction
The outer housing adopts lightweight aluminum alloy with fine surface treatment. Internal structure consists of high-precision gear set, durable DC motor, wear-resistant transmission screw and metal push rod. External control box, enabling program control and featuring limit switch design to avoid over-travel damage. All core components are selected for stable long-term continuous operation.

Performance characteristic curves
1. Speed VS Load Curve (12V/24VDC)
The output speed presents a negative correlation with load – speed decreases gradually as the external load increases. The 24VDC model maintains higher speed than the 12VDC model under the same load, showing more stable speed attenuation under heavy load.
2. Current VS Load Curve (12VDC & 24VDC)
Working current rises linearly with the increase of load, showing a positive proportional relationship. The 12VDC actuator has a faster current growth rate under load, while the 24VDC model features lower operating current and more stable current rise under the same load condition, reflecting better load efficiency.

Q6: What’s the duty cycle of FD16 mini actuator?
A6: Standard duty cycle 10%: 2 minutes continuous operation followed by 18 minutes rest to protect the motor. Do not run continuously for a long time.
