The FD16 series is a compact, high-performance electric linear actuator developed by SANXING, engineered for quiet, reliable linear motion in compact installation spaces. It features a lightweight alloy body, built-in protective functions, and stable performance under 12VDC/24VDC power supply, widely applied in smart home, automotive accessories, industrial automation, medical equipment and other fields requiring micro linear push & pull movement.

Control options

These micro actuators feature a simple 2-wire configuration. Simply supply a 12/24V DC power source to activate the actuator, and reversing the polarity will change its direction. They are most commonly operated by a rocker switch or a two-button (Up and Down) remote control system.

Mounting points

The FD16 linear actuator adopts both-end hinged installation with standard rotating pin ends. It supports flexible two-point fixed installation, which can be directly installed on the equipment by matching the mounting holes, featuring simple structure, convenient assembly and adjustable installation angle.

Performance characteristic curves

1. Speed VS Load Curve (12V/24VDC)
The output speed presents a negative correlation with load – speed decreases gradually as the external load increases. The 24VDC model maintains higher speed than the 12VDC model under the same load, showing more stable speed attenuation under heavy load.
2. Current VS Load Curve (12VDC & 24VDC)
Working current rises linearly with the increase of load, showing a positive proportional relationship. The 12VDC actuator has a faster current growth rate under load, while the 24VDC model features lower operating current and more stable current rise under the same load condition, reflecting better load efficiency.
