Sanxing FD25 Mini Linear Actuator is an IP66 waterproof electric actuator equipped with zinc alloy motor housing, aluminum outer tube and stainless steel inner rod. Standard end connector is plastic, and optional metal joints realize full-metal structure with superior corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and anti-aging property. This model is ideal for applications requiring waterproof performance.

Product overview
The FD25 Mini Linear Actuator is a compact waterproof DC linear actuator developed by Sanxing. It reaches IP66 protection level, equipped with zinc alloy motor housing, aluminum alloy outer tube and stainless steel inner rod.
The standard connecting joint is plastic, and you can upgrade to metal, which greatly improves durability and impact resistance, extending the overall working lifespan.
Different from FD17 and FD17-W series with plastic motor housing without waterproof capability, FD25 mini linear actuator is your preferred choice for waterproof scenarios.

Control options
Standard version comes with built-in mechanical limit switches to stop automatically at set stroke ends.

All dimension parameters follow the official FD25 mini linear actuator drawing. The retracted overall length changes with customized stroke. Please confirm stroke length and installation size with us before placing orders.
Mounting points
FD25 mini linear actuator is equipped with standard mounting holes on front and rear ends. The symmetrical mounting structure allows horizontal, vertical or inclined installation.
At present no matching brackets could be provided for this FD25 mini linear actuator.

Q2: Can I replace the plastic connector with metal one?
