Control options
These micro actuators feature a simple 2-wire configuration. Simply supply a 12/24V DC power source to activate the actuator, and reversing the polarity will change its direction. They are most
commonly operated by a rocker switch or a two-button (Up and Down) remote control system.

Product dimension
The FD17-W linear actuator is equipped with standardized structural dimension drawings (in mm) covering overall length, installation hole spacing, stroke correspondence size, outer diameter, mounting bracket dimensions, and core mechanical structure parameters. The installation distance is matched to the stroke: Stroke + 55/60/70mm, with strict dimensional coordination to meet diversified fixed installation and embedded assembly requirements. The compact outline design ensures flexible installation in limited spaces, with two conventional mounting styles

Performance characteristic curves
The FD17-W linear actuator is equipped with three sets of professional characteristic curves to reflect its electrical and mechanical performance under load:
Speed VS Load (12/24VDC): Shows the linear relationship between operating speed and load force. The actuator’s speed decreases gradually as the external load increases, presenting a stable negative correlation curve for 12V and 24V voltage modes, ensuring predictable speed regulation under different load conditions.
Current VS Load (24VDC): Reflects the change in working current with load under 24VDC input. The working current rises steadily with the increase of load, presenting a smooth positive correlation curve, which provides a reference for circuit matching and power supply configuration.
Current VS Load (12VDC): Displays the current-load characteristic under 12VDC input. The current changes linearly with the load, consistent with the actuator’s low-voltage high-efficiency operation law, supporting stable current output under different load pressures.

FAQs
Usually shipping by express, by air and by sea. Express is normally the most quickest but also most expensive way. It’s the usual way for samples. By sea is the best solution for big amounts. We could arrange the shipping for you, or you can use your own forwarder to arrange the shipping. Please contact us for further information.
