Product overview

The FD1 Linear Actuator from SANXING is a robust, low noise and high-performance linear motion solution designed for a wide range of industrial, furniture and medical applications. It combines durable construction with reliable performance, offering customizable stroke lengths and optional features like Hall sensors and synchronization to meet diverse operational needs.

Features and Benefits

1. High Load Capacity: Delivers impressive push/pull forces up to 8000N/6000N, suitable for heavy-duty industrial applications.
2. Customizable Stroke: Stroke lengths from 26mm to 1000mm can be tailored to meet specific operational requirements.
3. Quiet & Efficient: Operates at ≤48dB with a highly efficient motor, ensuring low noise and energy consumption.
4. Durable Construction: Built with aluminum alloy, zinc alloy, and robust materials for long-term reliability in demanding environments.

Control options

The FD1 linear actuator can be controlled in the following ways:

Basic On/Off Control: It can be directly operated using a simple switch, relay, or control module to extend or retract the actuator. Or you could choose to use together with the Sanxing control box and remote control for more direct easy control. The built-in limit switches automatically stop the actuator at the end of its stroke.

Voltage Control: It operates on either 12VDC or 24VDC, and reversing the polarity of the power supply will change the direction of movement (extend/retract).

Applications

The FD1 Linear Actuator is ideal for:
Industrial automation and machinery
Medical equipment and beauty devices
Agricultural machinery
Marine and automotive applications
Furniture and ergonomic systems

Product dimension

The FD1 features a compact, engineered design with precise dimensional specifications (refer to the dimension drawings for detailed measurements):
Key mounting points and dimensions are optimized for easy integration into existing systems.
The minimum installation distance is calculated as the stroke length plus 150 mm, ensuring sufficient clearance for full extension and retraction.

Mounting points

The FD1 linear actuator is designed for pivot-mounted installation, which allows it to pivot freely during operation. It features two mounting points: A rear pivot (clevis or trunnion mount) attached to a fixed structure. A front pivot (clevis or eyelet mount) connected to the moving load. This design ensures smooth linear motion while accommodating the angular changes that occur during extension and retraction. The minimum installation distance is calculated as the stroke length plus 150 mm, which must be maintained to ensure full travel and prevent mechanical interference.

Performance characteristic curves

The FD1 actuator’s performance is defined by three key characteristic curves:

1.Speed vs. Load (12V/24VDC): This curve illustrates the inverse relationship between load capacity and operating speed, ensuring optimal performance across different load conditions.
2.Current vs. Load (24VDC): Demonstrates how current draw increases proportionally with applied load, providing critical data for power system design.
3.Current vs. Load (12VDC): Similar to the 24VDC curve, this data helps engineers size power supplies and control systems for 12V applications.

FAQs

All actuators come with a 12 month warranty. User error and misuse will not be covered under warranty. Please contact with us to supply you the best solution.
Of course, sample orders are accept.
Please send us your inquiry, including the input voltage, load capacity, speed and stroke ( extending distance ) of the actuator, as well as the order quantity, it would be helpful to us to recommend you with a right actuator and offer a more accurate quotation.

Usually shipping by express, by air and by sea. Express is normally the most quickest but also most expensive way. It’s the usual way for samples. By sea is the best solution for big amounts. We could arrange the shipping for you, or you can use your own forwarder to arrange the shipping. Please contact us for further information.

Yes, of course we can. We are OEM supplier for years and professional to make. But you need to give us the authorization if it is necessary.
