All actuators come with a 12 month warranty. User error and misuse will not be covered under warranty. Please contact with us to supply you the best solution.

Please send us your inquiry, including the input voltage, load capacity, speed and stroke ( extending distance ) of the actuator, as well as the order quantity, it would be helpful to us to recommend you with a right actuator and offer a more accurate quotation.

How do you ship the goods?

Usually shipping by express, by air and by sea. Express is normally the most quickest but also most expensive way. It’s the usual way for samples. By sea is the best solution for big amounts. We could arrange the shipping for you, or you can use your own forwarder to arrange the shipping. Please contact us for further information.
