What payment methods do you accept?

What’s the MOQ of your products?

What are your prices?

What’s your lead time?
Generally it’s 5-10 days if the materials for your order are in stock, or it is 15-20 days if there is no enough materials in stock, it’s according to the order quantity.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping to worldwide. Usually shipping by express, by air and by sea. Express is
normally the most quickest but also most expensive way. It’s the usual way for samples. By sea is the best solution for big amounts. We could arrange the shipping for you, or you can use your own forwarder to arrange the shipping. Please contact us for further information.
What’s your loading port?
Generally it’s Ningbo or Shanghai port, if you have requirement about the loading port, it’s ok. please contact with us in advance, thanks.
Can you produce according to the samples?
Yes, we can produce by your samples.
Can you make the products with our brand or logo?
Yes, of course we can. We are OEM supplier for years and professional to make. But you need to give us the authorization if it is necessary.
How do I know the products’ quality and the packing ways are the ones we required?
Each products are tested before sending out, we can send you the photos of the goods and the packing way to confirm if you need.
How about the after-sell service? How will you deal with the product faulty?
We make sure all the products we shipped out were 100% good quality, some damage maybe happened during the transportation.
If there is any product faulty when you just received, please contact with us and send photos to us, we will help you to contact with the express right away to get corresponding compensation for you.
Generally our warranty is 1 year after sell, if the product faulty during the usage, please contact with us soon, we will provide you our best service quickly.
